Lyn comes from a family of REALTORS, and after many successful years in the marketing and advertising industry, she decided to put these skills to work in the field of real estate. She became a licensed Broker in 2007, and was awarded Rookie of the Year for her Allen Tate office. In addition to being a successful sales agent, Lyn served as Director of Operations and Marketing, as well as Broker-in-Charge, for a successful Keller Williams team, overseeing 72 agents in eight offices and six states from 2012 until 2016.
Lyn finds great joy in helping people achieve their dreams of selling one home to buy another, buy their first home and start a new life, and purchase investment properties to expand their financial portfolio. From the first-time homebuyer to the seasoned investor, Lyn takes great pride in treating each client with the utmost respect and attention.
Prior to moving to North Carolina in 2005, Lyn lived in Jacksonville, Florida where she served as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Jacksonville’s downtown development district. Some of the highlights of her economic development career include hosting a television show, frequently appearing on the national news as a member of the Super Bowl host committee and successfully recruiting multiple housing developers to downtown to build luxury highrise condominiums on the St. Johns River.
Lyn also worked in the marketing department as a copywriter for Citibank International and served as a public relations account executive for an advertising agency. Her clients included the Jacksonville Jaguars, The Players Championship at Sawgrass, as well as several luxury resorts, including The Ponte Vedra Club and Amelia Island Plantation.
Lyn grew up in Peachtree City, Georgia, a quaint town just south of Atlanta, and is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations. She and her husband have one son and live in Mooresville.
