Carol Vandergrift

Carol has many years of experience in marketing, in print, social media, and other mediums. She has been a consultant, CFO, and owned her own equestrian farm. 

For the past 30 years, she has lived in the Charlotte region in both rural and urban areas – Waxhaw, Salisbury, Davidson, Mooresville, SouthPark, and Denver. This makes her well qualified to match clients’ lifestyle needs to specific communities.

Carol brings an extremely high level of professionalism and skill to her real estate career because she is excellent at research, analysis, and problem solving. “I love to put these skills to work for people so that I bring order to a process that can be confusing and chaotic. Clients who work with me know that I’ve found solutions before an issue becomes a problem and that I’m adept at streamlining real estate transactions. Real estate doesn’t have to be stressful. In addition to residential real estate, Carol also works with developers, investors, and business owners. Real estate is a major investment and she enjoys assisting her clients with reaching their needs.

In her spare time, she volunteers at the Mooresville Soup Kitchen and a nonprofit that provides housing and work for people re-entering society from treatment programs and prison. “It brings me great joy to help other people. Seeing good changes in their lives is very fulfilling.”
